1. Definitions

"The Platform" means MenuQR Go and all associated services, including the dashboard, menu pages, and QR codes. "The Subscriber" is the account owner responsible for the subscription and its data. "The User" is anyone the Subscriber has added to the account with specific permissions.

2. Account and Subscription

Creating an account is free. Paid plans renew automatically on the same date each month or year, depending on your choice. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings, and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

• The Subscriber is responsible for the accuracy of billing details and payment method.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we will contact you before any service interruption.

3. Using the Platform

Content you upload — item names, photos, and prices — is your responsibility, and you must have the right to use it. Using the platform to publish unlawful content or misleading pricing or ingredient information is prohibited.

4. Ownership

Your restaurant's data, photos, and logo remain yours; we use them only to operate the service. Theme designs and platform code belong to MenuQR Go, and may not be resold or used outside the platform without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the service highly available, but our liability for any interruption is limited to the value of the subscription paid for the period in which the interruption occurred. Responsibility for the accuracy of prices shown to guests rests with the Subscriber.

6. Governing Law
